\nPOSITION: ELECTRICAL\/ INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN
\nDEPARTMENT: LAKATABU PROJECT
\nJOB DETAILS: OBJECTIVE<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nContribute to the development and implementation of H&S programmes in line with Local regulations and Company\u2019s policy.
\nUpdate and develop Standard Operating procedure and Safe working procedure.
\nRecord possible anomalies observed on the equipment during maintenance or inspection.
\nSupervise the testing of equipment after maintenance as well as the cleaning of the area
\nEnsure safe storage and disposal of replaced spares.
\nContribute to spares stock optimization
\nParticipate in the ADAP implementation software
\nManage and improve instrumentation maintenance procedures and methods
\nAssure instrumentation maintenance and proper calibration
\nParticipate with other departments in the implementation of new control loops
\nDefine and schedule Electrical\/ Instrumentation preventive maintenance programmes in collaboration with the maintenance, production, process, departments.
\nParticipate in the specifications for the purchase of spare parts
\nEnsure safe storage and disposal of replaced spares
\nContribute to spares stock optimization<\/p>\n
\nTechnical College Diploma, City & Guild or OND in Electrical\/Electronics Engineering with 5 years hands-on experience in Electrical\/Instrumentation Maintenance
\nTechnical knowledge of Electrical\/Instrumentation Maintenance.
\nKnowledge of cement manufacturing process is desirable.
\nEnergetic with good aptitude for field work
\nEnergetic and flare to work unexpected long hours.
\nCoordinate about three activities simultaneously.
\nGood estimation of activity duration and execution
\nApplication of safety regulations to all maintenance<\/p>\n
