The Registration No. is 501500.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Assistant Operations Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a responsible assistant operations manager to assist the operations manager in creating the employees work schedules and assigning their daily tasks.<\/li>\n<li>He will assists in the production, sales and pricing and the distribution of the company\u2019s products.<\/li>\n<li>Under the manager\u2019s supervision, the assistant operations manager coordinates with different departments to ensure that all tasks executed are of best quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Operation Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate daily operations (e.g. production, sales and pricing and the distribution of the products)<\/li>\n<li>Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best<\/li>\n<li>Coach and support new and existing employees<\/li>\n<li>Suggest training programs and techniques<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and adjust product positioning<\/li>\n<li>Make sure all employees adhere to company\u2019s policies and guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as an Operation Assistant Manager or similar position<\/li>\n<li>Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with production, sales and distribution of products<\/li>\n<li>Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics<\/li>\n<li>Proficient user of MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and organizational abilities<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving attitude<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work in shifts<\/li>\n<li>HND in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc\/MA is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Microbiologist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a responsible Microbiologists to undertake laboratory analysis and monitor microbial cultures, and samples using specialist computer software and a range of identification methods and trials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning and carrying out trials<\/li>\n<li>Tracking environmental microorganism development<\/li>\n<li>Growing microbe cultures<\/li>\n<li>Collecting samples from a variety of locations<\/li>\n<li>Recording, analysing and interpreting data<\/li>\n<li>Writing research papers, reports and reviews<\/li>\n<li>Keeping up to date with scientific and research developments<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that data is recorded accurately in accordance to guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Observing high health and safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Inspecting product manufacturing processes to check for possible contamination<\/li>\n<li>Managing laboratories<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A drinks industry microbiologist should have a number of years\u2019 experience working in a microbiology laboratory.
