Due to internal expansion, they are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Sales Representative is in charge of a portfolio of corporate accounts, SME, business and leisure trade. The Sales Representative is under the company\u2019s commercial policy and the annual sales targets set by the regional management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To develop a customer portfolio in terms of revenue, market share and sales lead at optimal margins and for the best return on investment<\/li>\n<li>To carry out intelligence over local competition practices and pass on information accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Prospecting new customers both trade\/corporate &amp; SME<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages and develops his\/her portfolio as defined in the Commercial business plan.<\/li>\n<li>Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.<\/li>\n<li>Analyses and evaluates relevant performance statistics in order to regularly and proactively identify their needs and proposing corrective actions<\/li>\n<li>Advises Sales Manager on all policy-related issues based on market knowledge, also by providing analysis of internal and external information in order to evaluate business potential for existing and new accounts and to adapt commercial strategies accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in clients\u2019 events and develops strong working relationships with key interfaces in order to develop the Group\u2019s (brand\/product) awareness and image.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures continuation of positive trends, reversal of negative trends, and ways of capturing untapped potential.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors competition by gathering current market place information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Person\u2019s Specification<\/strong><br \/>\nEducation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in any relevant course<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Four (4) years Sales\/Commercial experience with direct responsibility for customer\/account management.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Customer\/Channel business planning.<\/li>\n<li>Not more than 32 years old by December 31, 2017<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Competences:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales Hunter<\/li>\n<li>Team Player<\/li>\n<li>Strong Commercial and Customer orientation.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to generate new business leads.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation and Relationship Management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Numerical and Business Analytic skills.<\/li>\n<li>Market Intelligence \u2013 Ability to track, monitor and report competitive activities.<\/li>\n<li>Understand and anticipate market trends Good Communication skills \u2013 written and oral.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to Identify and exceed Client expectations \u2013 clients value drivers.<\/li>\n<li>Strong two \u2013 way communication skills \/ Can do Communication.<\/li>\n<li>Assertive \u2013 ability to take control of conversations with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Solution provider \u2013 ability to use knowledge of clients business to proffer business solutions to the company and clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@hamiltonlloydandassociates.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>info@hamiltonlloydandassociates.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>10th February, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hamilton Lloyd and Associates \u2013 Our client, is an international Airline company.
