We are solely dedicated to Real Estate joint ventures.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking to hire the following staff:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Executes comprehensive social media strategy for jvpulse.com that raises visibility and traffic for our target audiences and followers.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse and report on campaign performance on a day to day basis for impact on target audiences \u2013 translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).<\/li>\n<li>Customer relationship management, online monitoring, listening and evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>Copy, edit articles, press releases and other content from freelancers.<\/li>\n<li>Manage social media presence and execute maintenance on social media properties and accounts such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse social media statistics: Likes, impression, reach, to generate insights from site metrics and implement same to improve site performance.<\/li>\n<li>Utilise a range of techniques including free and paid search engines, SEO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: N50,000.00\/ month (fifty thousand naira only per month)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0WEB DEVELOPER<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building PHP and WordPress websites using PHP based frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and conducting cross-browser usability testing against W3C.<\/li>\n<li>Testing and validating work produced as part of the development process.<\/li>\n<li>Developing advanced database driven websites &amp; systems including eCommerce.<\/li>\n<li>Back end development and maintenance of websites using PHP and MySQL.<\/li>\n<li>Developing compatible User Interface functionality using jQuery &amp; other libraries.<\/li>\n<li>Developing web sites using MySQL, PHP, ASP.NET &amp; other programming tools.<\/li>\n<li>Documenting features, technical specifications &amp; infrastructure requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Working with a multi-disciplinary team to convert business needs into technical specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Involved in front-end design, site maintenance &amp; email marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Coding using front-end technologies, such as CSS and HTML.<\/li>\n<li>Testing site functionality, identifying problems or bugs and fixing errors<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and enhancing company software.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in object-oriented software development methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in creating ads, logos, brochures and other design collateral.<\/li>\n<li>Solid web development experience using OOP, PHP, AJAX, MySQL, JavaScript<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: N150,000.00\/ month (one hundred and fifty thousand naira only per month)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CVs to<a href=\"mailto:hr@jvpulse.com\"><strong>\u00a0hr@jvpulse.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Application deadline:<\/strong>\u00a0Monday, February 19 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The company Jvpulse.com is an online market place for Real Estate joint ventures.
