Innovation is in our DNA and that\u2019s why you belong here.<\/p>\n<p>Based on our recent growth and client demands, WFO Roedl &amp; Partner now seeks to recruit an experience candidates to join our team of professionals:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Graduate Intern<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a focused, efficient, result-oriented individual with strong leadership personality and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must have the ability to multitask and simultaneously work on multiple engagements.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She will be expected to work with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertake assigned tasks and provide progress reports to ensure completion within deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support with month-end financial reports<\/li>\n<li>Post journal entries<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support in accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Provide assistance in balance sheet reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Manage the monthly tracking of our physical inventory<\/li>\n<li>Provide adhoc duties as and when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of B.Sc (Second Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit) Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or any related field.<\/li>\n<li>Must have completed NYSC<\/li>\n<li>Must be conversant with Microsoft Excel<\/li>\n<li>Must possess data entry experience<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and time management skill<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership personality and communications skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to deliver high quality services within deadlines with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of accounting software like QuickBooks or SAGE<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in hotel\/Bar management is an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Client Service Executive<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a focused, efficient, result-oriented and resilient individual with a strong interpersonal relationship skill.<\/li>\n<li>The individual\u2019s core responsibility is to develop and maintain the firm\u2019s brand equity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for designing templates for proposals, presentations, promotional materials, publications and company literature using creative, innovative concepts and approaches.<\/li>\n<li>Seek opportunities to participate in corporate activities in relevant professional such as speaking engagements, trainings, exhibitions etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that client needs and expectation are met through prompt administrative services and client management.<\/li>\n<li>Seek and process client feedback for continuous improvement in service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively generate leads and initiate contacts with prospective clients, and maintaining strong professional contacts.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as liaison contact between the Firm and the client.<\/li>\n<li>Collate and manage all client information; terms of reference, billing, collections, dispatches and other supporting documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Performing administrative functions in addition to any other office duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor\u2019s Degree (Second Class Upper) in Admin or Business related course.<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years\u2019 experience (preferably in a service industry) and knowledge of graphic design, corporate branding.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.<\/li>\n<li>People skills, business sense and professionalism.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation Skills, with good attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s and Cover Letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@wforoedl.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@wforoedl.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with \u201cGraduate Intern\u201d or \u201cClient Service Executive\u201d as subject of mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>12th February, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At WFO Roedl &amp; Partner, there is an opportunity to learn and grow.
