to fill the vacancies below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Administrative Clerk<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures that the financial rules are implemented within the Office and understood by every employee<\/li>\n<li>Reports weekly on use of cash to the Finance &amp; Administration Manager in Jos and prepares weekly cash request in agreement with Head of Office<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that Kano premises are furnished and equipped according to the standard list; follow up and processes the requisitions order linked to furniture or equipment<\/li>\n<li>Ensures proper maintenance and follow up of the premises (including air conditioner, generator, Fire extinguishers, disinfection and fumigation of the office) and organises repairs\/maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Acts as a link for HR administrative tasks between employees and Head of Office \u2013 ensures the information flow<\/li>\n<li>Keeps tracks of holidays and any absence of all employees<\/li>\n<li>Welcomes visitors, arranges for Hotel accommodation if necessary<\/li>\n<li>Deals with Kano All services requests on a daily basis<\/li>\n<li>Report challenges faced to the Head of Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Secondary education<\/li>\n<li>2 years\u2019 work experience in a similar field<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of cultural &amp; socio economic environment of northern Nigeria<\/li>\n<li>Good command of written and spoken English<\/li>\n<li>Good computer skills especially excel sheet<\/li>\n<li>Understanding and able to speak Hausa language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Discrete and reliable person<\/li>\n<li>Humble<\/li>\n<li>Good sense of organisation<\/li>\n<li>Rigor and methodological<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Logistics Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervises, implements and runs logistic procedures<\/li>\n<li>Handles logistical files independently for all matters relating to Requisition Orders, Purchasing and Warehousing<\/li>\n<li>Performs various Logistics functions, Local Purchase, Fleet management, Warehousing (including medical warehouse), dispatch, and statistics<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that the departments have their needs and requests addressed within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance to ICRC procedures<\/li>\n<li>Negotiates contractual matters with external interlocutors<\/li>\n<li>Supervises independently the work performed by team members<\/li>\n<li>Maintains independently the ICRC logistic computer systems (FSS)<\/li>\n<li>Act as fleet manager on the field and Manager for drivers: planning, appraisals etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in logistic or administration<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 4 years experience in a similar field<\/li>\n<li>Good command of spoken and written English<\/li>\n<li>Other languages an asset (Hausa)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computer skills (Word and Excel), including ICRC standard computer systems<\/li>\n<li>Driving licence<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of ICRC rules and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactivity and flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Capacity to carry out complex activities<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and Negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and sense of when needed<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to learn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Supply Chain Administrator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receives all Supply Request (SR) and submits them for validation after checking and verifying necessary information, such as realistic delivery dates, relevant item-codes, Objective Code, Cost Center, validators and verify the prices of the items in the (SR).<\/li>\n<li>Follows up on all SRs from the day of reception until the delivery of the goods to the customers<\/li>\n<li>Prioritizes urgent orders for the purchasing unit<\/li>\n<li>Investigates the reason of delayed SRs to avoid it in the future.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that all SRs are timely processed and dispatched to relevant departments and sites.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Dispatch to decide and prioritize cargo shipments for the field.<\/li>\n<li>Is the focal point for all costumers for questions related to preparation of SR including creation of item-codes if need be.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that financial rules are respected and applied based on Delegation Financial threshold<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in supply chain and logistics or Business administration<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 4 years experience in a similar field<\/li>\n<li>Good command of spoken and written English<\/li>\n<li>Good computer skills (Word and Excel).<\/li>\n<li>Finance background and excellent knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is and asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactivity and flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Capacity to carry out complex
