We believe in getting the job done correctly, onetime and on budget.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Front Desk\/Client Relationship Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><br \/>\nWe are in need of a client relationship officer to serve as clients\u2019 account officer. The candidate would be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and maintaining efficient systems to deal with client queries and support<\/li>\n<li>Referring issues and potential sales opportunities to Sales and Account Managers where relevant<\/li>\n<li>Handling and resolving all questions, requests, complaints and all other front desk activities<\/li>\n<li>Providing efficient and professional first line account management to clients<\/li>\n<li>Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.<\/li>\n<li>Letting customers know about other products the company offers.<\/li>\n<li>Achieving client relationship targets and Kepis as set by the Head of Sales.<\/li>\n<li>Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting the business development team in developing efficient systems to support the work of the Team.<\/li>\n<li>Handling mail boxes, telephone and correspondences<\/li>\n<li>Summarizing the status of accounts (level of contact, key people, open issues, opportunities etc.) and providing required reports<\/li>\n<li>Support communications and events management for marketing and sales purposes where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication and networking skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.<\/li>\n<li>A Previous experience working as a client relationship officer or a track record of managing clients will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Good planning and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivation, drive and initiative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/ifotta.com\/index.php\/career\/front_d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ifotta is a Software development company and talent accelerator.
