As well as our website you can also see products in our showroom located at Lekki Phase 1.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Stock Controller<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a Stock Controller to manage our inventory and purchase merchandise based on our company\u2019s needs. Stock Controller responsibilities include tracking shipments, overseeing inventory audits and maintaining reports of purchases and pricing.<\/li>\n<li>To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with supply chain procedures and have good communication skills to interact with vendors, clients and internal teams.<\/li>\n<li>Ultimately, you will increase profitability and effectiveness by maintaining optimal stock levels of quality products at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS)<\/li>\n<li>Enter purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases<\/li>\n<li>Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate regular inventory audits<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products\u2019 quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions)<\/li>\n<li>Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure purchases do not exceed budget<\/li>\n<li>Must reside in Lagos (preferably Island axis)<\/li>\n<li>Track shipments and address any delays<\/li>\n<li>Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate suppliers\u2019 offers and negotiate profitable deals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of supply chain procedures<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organization skills<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and negotiation abilities<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. quickbooks)<\/li>\n<li>Active participation in inventory audits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/stock-controller-at-precise-lighting-550923689?trkInfo=searchKeywordString%3A%2CsearchLocationString%3A%252C%2B%2Cvertical%3Ajobs%2CpageNum%3A0%2Cposition%3A3%2CMSRPsearchId%3A78f238b2-c9ff-4720-83f0-570431bd04e8&amp;refId=78f238b2-c9ff-4720-83f0-570431bd04e8&amp;trk=jobs_jserp_job_listing_text\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Precise Lighting celebrates launching of lighting experience; designing and distributing decorative lighting around Nigeria.
