Kantar is part of WPP and its services are employed by over half of the Fortune Top 500 companies.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Research Manager \u2013 Qualitative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Mission Statement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a Research Manager your primary responsibility is to support in building and maintaining valuable client relationships, manager\/mentor the executive research team.<\/li>\n<li>You will also be responsible to provide training and continually develop quality research skills and competencies for optimum success and to improve profitability of projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Outcomes<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Member of the team accountable for achievement of annual target and profitability<\/li>\n<li>Identify and progress client opportunity and ultimately drive better, more valuable client relationship<\/li>\n<li>Identify and drive sales opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Train and develop current and new team members<\/li>\n<li>Proactively work with teams to ensure process improvement to benefit clients and the business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/BA degree, preferably in Humanities \/ Arts, Social sciences, Business or Marketing \/ management<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of qualitative research experience from Market Research Agency is a MUST<\/li>\n<li>Competent knowledge of research processes, methodologies, project design, research techniques and models<\/li>\n<li>Excellent project management, qualitative data analysis and interpretation skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal, analytical thinking and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Desire to work in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Good command in written and spoken English<\/li>\n<li>Commercial acumen and a working knowledge of the market research capabilities\/functions.<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and social skills, gravitas and authority with clients<\/li>\n<li>A good team player \u2013 builds and maintains strong relationships with colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of providing solutions to clients based on knowledge of their business<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage time sensibly and work independently<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions from complex data sets.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent client relationship development skills<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for delivering business excellence<\/li>\n<li>Willing to work evenings, travel and \/flexible when required<\/li>\n<li>Confidence to think outside the box and express opinions to challenge clients thinking credibly.<\/li>\n<li>Innovative and flexible approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kantar is one of the world\u2019s leading data, insight and consultancy companies.
