Our aim is to deliver value by providing the most advanced broadband-based solutions and supreme service.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Coach<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Key Role Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enhancement of Salesforce productivity through on the Job field coaching and training.<\/li>\n<li>Field accompaniment of selected sales personnel monthly.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse location\u2019s performance and understanding of goal setting<\/li>\n<li>Assess and analyse business needs with recommendations on training plans and programs to enhance knowledge and skills Key Performance Measures<\/li>\n<li>Conducting Needs Analysis: Ensure assessment and analysis of Sales team performance every month.<\/li>\n<li>Execution of Learning &amp; Development Plan for Front-line Employees: Ensure 90% delivery of all training on the Learning &amp; Development Plan<\/li>\n<li>Re-enforcement of the classroom training to enhance strategy execution on the field.<\/li>\n<li>Prompt field intervention and quality control of our sales processes.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying the training needs of the sales force working largely with the field.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly reporting on general health status of the sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations<\/li>\n<li>Facilitator evaluation: Obtain 90% satisfaction in facilitator evaluation<\/li>\n<li>Product and devices Knowledge and expertise:.95% average score of monthly knowledge test of all Front-line Employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.<\/li>\n<li>MBA or Masters in a related field is desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 4-5 years\u2019 experience including 3 years in a supervisory role relevant to sales and channel management experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in customer management<\/li>\n<li>Telecommunications experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong network of connections is an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Professional Certification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant Professional qualification from a recognized Body is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of Ntel\u2019s products and the competitive environment<\/li>\n<li>Sales and Marketing management.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the Telecommunication business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills \/ Physical Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Coaching\/mentoring skills<\/li>\n<li>Leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Channel management skills<\/li>\n<li>Persuasive skills<\/li>\n<li>Risk Management skills<\/li>\n<li>Time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>People management skills<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills (English fluency)<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem-Solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Behavioral Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Results Driven<\/li>\n<li>Customer\/Client Focus<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Resilient<\/li>\n<li>Quality \/ Technical Competencies:<\/li>\n<li>Computer and Information Technology Appreciation<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Devices and Operating system.<\/li>\n<li>Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Confident<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Courteous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@ntel.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@ntel.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with \u201cSales Coach\u201d as the subject matter of your application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Candidates who meet the job requirement are eligible to apply.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ntel is Nigeria\u2019s most revolutionary 4G\/LTE-Advanced\u00a0 network that delivers superfast call-connect times, crystal clear Voice-over-LTE and high-speed Internet access (up to 100Mbps).
