ship owning\/vessel chartering arm of the corporate group, to offer an integrated, one-stop shop to consumers in the downstream sector of the Nigerian Petroleum marketing industry.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the following positions below in Lagos:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handles all social media interactions on behalf of the company<\/li>\n<li>In liaison with the CEO, develop brand, marketing label and tools for training and events as required<\/li>\n<li>Relationship building with potential and existing client<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain strong social media network<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with CEO, events facilitators, clients delegate to define event goals, objectives and specific implementation plans that promote the company brand.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research and develop feasibility studies to identify new business promotion opportunities for the organization<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate agreements with event service providers and vendors to ensure highest quality of service at lowest possible cost.<\/li>\n<li>Work with relevant stakeholders to promote company events to target audience and obtain accurate event specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a calendar of events and implement a system that enables and anticipates long-term planning and effective event management for company meetings and conferences etc.<\/li>\n<li>Source venues, recommend and engage catering, acquire supporting technology, and coordinate development of materials to execute quality event.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee procurement purchasing, and client service needs with regards to catering, Audiovisual, security etc. for the events.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and smooth issues relating to the successful execution of the event.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct post-event debriefing session; develop and execute all necessary follow up with vendors, facilitators and client groups.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all necessary events permits are obtained.<\/li>\n<li>Provide post-event analysis, budget recaps and participant feedback, and incorporating learning into future plans.<\/li>\n<li>Additional duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree in Business Management, Project Management or related fields<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational planning and Project Management Skill<\/li>\n<li>High level of verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Effective time management, organizational \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the adequacy of quality assurance standards.<\/li>\n<li>Revise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.<\/li>\n<li>Review the implementation and efficiency of quality preferred.<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years of experience.<\/li>\n<li>Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with implementation of corrective action programs.<\/li>\n<li>Product or industry-specific experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of relevant regulatory \/>\n<strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure effective and efficient running of the Pressing &amp; Wrapping production lines he is assigned to during his shift.<\/li>\n<li>As part of the team, assist colleagues whose production lines are problematic in order to get the overall result of the room to the optimum level.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the production lines produce excellent product quality including good wrapping and sealing of cubes and attainment of the target cube net weight.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and control to the barest minimum product rework generation.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice and hygiene on the production floor and plant.<\/li>\n<li>Follow the \u2018Procedure for Downtime Reporting\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Record all machine event occurrences (Machine Stoppages, Net Weight, Counting, etc.) during production process on the machine card.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in periodic stock taking as required.<\/li>\n<li>Report all injuries and accident to the management Team.<\/li>\n<li>Carryout levels I and II maintenance operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested applicants
