As a result of continued growth we seek the service of a qualified candidate to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Social Media\/ Personal Assistant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nSocial Media:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement the social media strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the Company to ensure its effectiveness and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques into the culture of all company\u2019s products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective SEO strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Use in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios to further department and client goals.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor trends in social media tools and applications.<\/li>\n<li>Give regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring to the Sales\/Marketing team to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.<\/li>\n<li>Manage presence in social networking sites as campaign requires.<\/li>\n<li>Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Assistant<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acts as the first point of contact for the Managing Director\u2019s Office.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare meeting programs as well as organisational aspects and materials.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange all aspects concerning travel i.e. detailed agendas, schedules, flights, hotel reservations etc.<\/li>\n<li>Administer the calendar and meeting schedules together with arranging meeting resources where appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively takes minutes of meetings where necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2+ year\u2019s recent and relevant experience managing social media and Administrative duties.<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency with MS Office, web and social analytics tools.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Digital Asset Management and other web &amp; mobile based technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Some or all of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Twitter Sponsor Posts.
