This position is responsible for for mainstreaming protection issues into project activities in close collaboration with Cash and<br \/>\nNutrition team implementing the CBT + INP project funded by WFP. Skills and Behaviours Required to Achieve Role\u2019s Objectives:<br \/>\nKnowledge:<br \/>\n<strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"p_spantitle\">\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"p_spantitle\">\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors\u2019 degree or equivalent in International Relation, Agriculture or Business<\/li>\n<li>Administration and a minimum of 2- year of work experience in Livelihood\/Cash<\/li>\n<li>operation with an emergency or development program or banking institution \u2013 Required.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience with Plan International or local partner organization or a microfinance bank is \u2013 preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Skills &amp;amp; Knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Proven expertise and understanding of diverse cash transfer modalities<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in quantitative and qualitative methodologies, research, reporting and presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated strong management, coordination, teamwork and planning skills with proven ability to function effectively with multiple counterparts in private, public and<\/li>\n<li>NGO sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of cash transfer policy and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English\/ Hausa including excellent facilitation skills and demonstrated technical writing skills for report writing.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with cash based transfer, group organizing and mobilization for safety net projects<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively with diverse international teams.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines and intense pressure to perform.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical skills, including ability to utilization of digital platform for cash transfer.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel\/Word document)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel nationally at short notice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Behaviours:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"p_spantitle\">\n<\/ul>\n<ul the post holder to have medium<br \/>\nto low contact with women and children.
