We believe in the value of work as a unifying force that shapes society for the better.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Distribution Manager \u2013 Beverages<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exciting Distribution Manager role with a large multibillion-dollar FMCG company based in Nigeria, Africa.\u00a0 Are you an ambitious Distribution Manager with a strong, structured sales background looking to step up to a Tier 1 organisation?\u00a0 If you have local experience \u2013 specifically Beverages, we want to hear from you!\u00a0 Our client is a leading global powerhouse in the Food &amp; Beverage scene.\u00a0 They\u2019re offering great career development programs, amazing offices and much much more.<\/li>\n<li>As the Distribution Manager, your responsibilities would be to maximize and increase sales and margin whilst ensuring the company profile remains high across the relevant sales area.\u00a0 You will be executing Distribution and Trade Marketing targets for the assigned region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities \/ Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting the Business Planning Process with Line Manager and \u201cDP\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the development and implementation of the Trade Marketing Calendar and Commercial Annex with Line Manager and \u201cDP\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Tracking and Reporting of Key Performance Indicators relating to the Trade Marketing Calendar and the Commercial Annex.<\/li>\n<li>Building strong relationships throughout all departments within the DP.\u00a0 Supporting them in better driving, managing and evaluating trade initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring DP implementation of the Perfect Store standards per channel.<\/li>\n<li>Coaching and working with DP Sales Force in-classroom and in-field to produce executional excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Supplying data for internal reporting processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree is a must<\/li>\n<li>Smart thinker, quick learner, proven operational achiever with strong business acumen<\/li>\n<li>Excellent influencer with negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly numerate and analytical<\/li>\n<li>Clear and proven ability to implement successful trade marketing plans<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training ability<\/li>\n<li>Creative mind, outgoing personality and friendly<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently with responsibility, and be organized \u2013 Result oriented<\/li>\n<li>Experience with basic administrative programs, Windows, Lotus Notes and Internet Browsers, Word, PowerPoint, Excel,<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of trade and competitive environment<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English (Other Languages may be required according to Country)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 4 years of sales experience in consumer goods industry (beverage preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nNegotiable<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/territory-sales-manager-at-randstad-mena-551828100?trk=job_view_company_other_jobs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only candidates with FMCG\/Beverages experience will be considered.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Randstad was founded in 1960 by Frits Goldschmeding.
