We are focused on investment management, property development, real estate consulting and mining &amp; quarrying.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Facilities Officer<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As Facilities Officer, you will be responsible for managing client\u2019s buildings and ensure that the company\u2019s services meet the needs of building occupants.<\/li>\n<li>You are accountable for services such as cleaning, security and power supply.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the overall services provided within the facility.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the security of the building by implementing various security measures.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for preserving the good condition of facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to emergency situations involving the facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Keep the surrounding grounds properly cared for.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of the buildings by performing repairs or contracting maintenance services, when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Create a budget for various facility needs and expenses.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a register of properties managed by the company.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a client relationship management systems comprising continuous liaison, feedback and complaints procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Collect rents and all monies due to clients as due and remit same to the company\u2019s account or ensure that cheques are paid into the company\u2019s account.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain utilities within client\u2019s property and ensure timely repair of faulty machines.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain general safety and security as well as monitor access to the premises.<\/li>\n<li>Use performance management tools to monitors achievement and improvement of agreed service levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate should:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess a university degree, preferably in Real estate management.<\/li>\n<li>At least 4 years of cognate experience.<\/li>\n<li>Possess excellent CRM skills<\/li>\n<li>A good knowledge of relevant suppliers<\/li>\n<li>HSE certification from a reputable professional body<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@levenuegroup.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@levenuegroup.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>25th February, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Le\u2019Venue group of companies co-actively offer quality real estate solutions that range from primary to advanced needs.
