As a result of continuous growth the service of an experienced candidate is needed below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Restaurant Operations Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nRole Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervising and coordinating the staff; ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant; making sure there are no hitches during and after service to customers in the assigned locations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Activities<\/strong><br \/>\nOperations Management of the Restaurants and Outdoor Projects:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, supervise and monitor operational activities<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic and tactical operational direction<\/li>\n<li>Direct cleaning of kitchen and dining areas to maintain sanitation standards<\/li>\n<li>Maintain budget, pay bills, monitor bookkeeping records and perform other record keeping tasks<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Productions units to estimate quantities of foods, beverages, and supplies to be ordered for all the outlets<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and oversee purchases of raw food and beverages; coordinate supply requisitions for the different outlets<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the frontline staff are properly kitted and knows what to do<\/li>\n<li>Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services<\/li>\n<li>Total receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule work hours for servers and kitchen staff.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the kitchen utensils and eating area are properly cleaned for use<\/li>\n<li>Ensure delivery of outdoor foods are on time as scheduled<\/li>\n<li>Establish and ensure routine and reactive maintenance for all restaurant equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Effective People Management<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise all direct and indirect reports and support performance management systems for all staff<\/li>\n<li>Ensure continuous training and capacity development of the entire workforce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Marketing &amp; Business Development<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the marketing units to drive sales, marketing and business expansion activities of the organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customer Relationship Management<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain business relationships with all key client and prospect contacts<\/li>\n<li>Lead and ensure excellent customer relationships<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service (if any)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of all customer complaints\/issues: within 24 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills, Experience &amp; Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervisory Skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer Service Skills<\/li>\n<li>Planning &amp; organizing skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to cope well under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Ideal candidate must be firm, honest, hardworking and credible<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years supervisory role in the food\/hospitality\/Industrial Catering industry.<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Hotel &amp; Catering Management or other social sciences field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nSalary is between N60, 000 \u2013 N70, 000\/m + daily feeding + other benefits<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n5th March, 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV&#8217;s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:mgtpositions@stresert.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>mgtpositions@stresert.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using \u2018ROSFJ\u2019 as the subject of mail<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stresert Services Limited \u2013 Our client has a chain of restaurant outlets; they provide outdoor catering services to corporate organizations as well as individuals for diverse events.
