{"id":48683,"date":"2018-02-20T14:30:30","date_gmt":"2018-02-20T13:30:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=48683"},"modified":"2018-02-20T11:20:14","modified_gmt":"2018-02-20T10:20:14","slug":"chlorophyll-energy-services-job-recruitment-new-vacancy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/chlorophyll-energy-services-job-recruitment-new-vacancy.html","title":{"rendered":"Chlorophyll Energy Services Job Recruitment &#8211; New Vacancy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Chlorophyll Ventures (trading as Chlorophyll Energy) is an Energy services and solutions provider that offers cutting-edge technology and strategic consulting for a sustainable energy sector.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Title: Sales and Marketing Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for all marketing and sales strategy, processes, resources and activities to boost revenue, profitability and customer base of the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Essential duties\/key job roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:<\/li>\n<li>Understand the business, its capabilities, product, and service offerings and ensures that service benefits \/ value propositions are available to target markets and accounts<\/li>\n<li>Achieves marketing and sales operational targets and contributes marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans, as well as new service development and existing service enhancement.<\/li>\n<li>Defining customer satisfaction standards and implementing to drive service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for bidding processes with support from Technical and Finance functions.<\/li>\n<li>Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate Account Managers in management of order-to- cash cycle, including PO Collection,<\/li>\n<li>Customer Acceptance and Invoicing and Payments.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and Monitor all activities of Key Account Manager such as Client Engagement Process from bidding to payment, analyzing market strategies, et cetera.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, develop and supervise the execution of strategic brand PR and media communications initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with relevant units in executing cross functional projects.<\/li>\n<li>Supervises and approve output of all team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Required Education: Bachelors\u2019 degree.<\/li>\n<li>An MBA would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Working Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years work experience in sales and marketing with preference for a Power environment.<\/li>\n<li>Required Certification(s): Relevant professional certifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Attitude:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong marketing skills<\/li>\n<li>Business sense and strategic thinking approach<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Metering, Electrical Installations, Rural Electrification and Alternative Power Solutions<\/li>\n<li>Experience in customer relationship management, customer focused, understands the industry<\/li>\n<li>Must be capable of selling and leading in a fast paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Networking and Ability to interact at highest level<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation<\/li>\n<li>Initiative, Creativity and Imagination<\/li>\n<li>Tact and diplomacy<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work flexibly and under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional computer skills and awareness of digital\/social media marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n1st March, 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV&#8217;s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@chlorophyll-solutions.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>info@chlorophyll-solutions.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chlorophyll Ventures (trading as Chlorophyll Energy) is an Energy services and solutions provider that offers cutting-edge technology and strategic consulting for a sustainable energy sector.
