TCL\u2019s team of experienced engineers have successfully delivered its full range of services to more than 15 cellular operators around the world.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Quality &amp; Safety Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidate is needed to assist Quality and Safety Manager in ensuring excellence in all matters concerning Quality (Assurance &amp; Control) in service delivery and Safety end-to-end i.e. operations, projects, et cetera.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct regular Safety Self Audit and Inspection Program and maintaining accurate records of such audit.<\/li>\n<li>Support Quality and Safety Manager to encourage and create high level of Safety awareness within the organization and address Workplace Safety issues and programs<\/li>\n<li>Support ongoing definition of client-oriented minimum standards with respect to operations, projects, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Support quality planning, assurance, control and evaluation for all teams and projects in the company to ensure they are constructed in accordance with the established minimum standards.<\/li>\n<li>Documentation and physical inspection of the project work and working with other in-house personnel (e.g., Project Managers, Team Leads, etc.) and external personnel to produce and document a quality finished product.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with project team to achieve quality related SLAs.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for coordinating all regional quality engineers to ensure client\u2019s quality requirements are met in service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Quality training for all implementation teams.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in safety planning and ensure conformance to clients HSE requirements, safety audits and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for using Quality checklists in generating customer feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend remedies for breaches in quality related aspects of contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Manage Team total quality &amp; EHS with right authority<\/li>\n<li>Support coordination of Quality Control monitoring across all ongoing projects and operations.<\/li>\n<li>Plan audit and Report Quality audits\/improvements plan to Quality and Safety Manager and Project team.<\/li>\n<li>Provide weekly report, 100% SIR report\/Milestone check report to Quality and Safety Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Checking compliance with HSE standards, particularly use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) gears, utilizing relevant IT tools and periodic physical visits.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Accident and Incidents Investigation, determine probable causes and make recommendations for corrective actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Expected Output<\/strong><br \/>\nBelow are keys output measurable expected of the Quality &amp; Safety Officer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weekly quality report including HSE, PPE, and client SLA compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Quality checklists.<\/li>\n<li>Quality pictures in an acceptable format.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><br \/>\nRequired Education:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ H.N.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or Telecommunications.
