below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head Fleet Maintenance<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Slot<\/strong>: 1<br \/>\n<strong>Objective<\/strong><br \/>\nTo plan, direct and manage the performance of the maintenance unit, so as to maintain and develop business growth in accordance with the agreed business strategy.<br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, review, and report on Fleet Maintenance Unit\u2019s strategy, ensuring the strategic objective are well understood and executed by team members.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that the key performance indicators as Budgeted are maintained or improved upon.<\/li>\n<li>Overall management of the fleet maintenance unit and ensuring compliance with the company\u2019s health, safety and security regulations and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Develop cost control and cost reduction strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend and implement policies that will effectively address the systemic gaps, leakages identified during repairs and maintenance period.<\/li>\n<li>Manage performance of team member sand ensure performance objective are set in line with the company\u2019s performance management policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure team members undertake training in line with individual personal development plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Key Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering, Master\u2019s in Business Administration (MBA) will be an additional advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 15 years cognate engineering experience (Trucks and other earth-moving vehicles) with at least a years top management experience.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of Financials.<\/li>\n<li>Good presentation and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Good communication ability both verbally and in writing<\/li>\n<li>Computer skills: Microsoft Office Package<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>1, Job Title: Sales Executive (Automobile)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Industry<\/strong>: Automobile (Trucks &amp; Heavy Equipment)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Slot:\u00a0<\/strong>2<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prospect for new customers to form enduring relationship via sales calls, meeting and follow up\u00a0 to secure customer\/sales.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting and exceeding agreed sales target<\/li>\n<li>Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction as reported in the monthly customer satisfaction analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Define and analyse all customers enquiries, exploring all aspects of their social, occupational and financing needs.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage all aspect of the vehicle order and preparation right up to and including the delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/B.Sc \/B.Eng\/B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical from a reputable university with minimum of 3 years experience as a sales executive in a reputable automobile company \u2013 Commercial Vehicle or Heavy Equipment segment will be preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation, Presentation and Good communication skills \u2013 Composure, maturity and confidence<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy \u2013 Word, Excel, Power point etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2, Job Title: Senior Accountant<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of monthly management account<\/li>\n<li>Produce the budget and quarterly forecasts<\/li>\n<li>Provide variances analysis from budget, identify added value reporting opportunities for trend analysis and commentary to assist forecasting and budgeting requirements<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and reviewing monthly and annual financial statements<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the audit preparation to allow timely completion of the annual financial statement and corporation tax returns<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining records and reconciliation controls of approved budgets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or HND Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Membership of either ACCA or ACA is essential<\/li>\n<li>Preferably 8 years professional experience in budgeting, external reporting or internal management reporting from manufacturing industry<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of the preparation of financial statements<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of budgeting and forecasting principles and processes<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic \u2013 Nav or similar accounting software<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principle and standards \u2013 IFRS<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated Excel modelling skills (Intermediate to Advanced)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Attributes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must possess effective planning and scheduling skills<\/li>\n<li>Must possess good interpersonal
