We are focused on investment management, property development, real estate consulting and mining &amp; quarrying.<\/p>\n<p>Le\u2019Venue Managers Limited, a subsidiary of the Le\u2019Venue Group, is looking to hire the services of a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Manager<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and also supervising company\u2019s activities and employees.<\/li>\n<li>Manage clients\u2019 facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Create a budget for various facility needs and expenses.<\/li>\n<li>Provide quarterly progress reports to senior management.<\/li>\n<li>Supervises and oversees company\u2019s employees and their activities, and coordinate daily operations to ensure maximum effect.<\/li>\n<li>Interact with prospective and existing clients, pitch products, generate meetings, close deals and keep them updated with the latest developments for continuous growth.<\/li>\n<li>Use performance management tools to monitor achievement and improvement of agreed service levels.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a client relationship management system comprising continuous liaison, feedback and complaints procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring company resources and control expenditure through management of budget and record keeping of all payments.<\/li>\n<li>Assess frequently the overall performance of the team.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Use performance management tools to monitor achievement and improvement of agreed service levels.<\/li>\n<li>Collect rents and all monies due to clients as due and remit same to the company\u2019s account or ensure that cheques are paid into the company\u2019s account.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for property sales, facilities management, property development through affiliate marketers and pitching of products to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs aimed at revenue generation.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out market research, estimate and establish cost parameters, budgets, campaign ads etc. Implement marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain confidentiality of all employees, clients and company information and build trust and long-term relationship with clients, suppliers, employees and management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidate should possess a university degree, preferably in real estate management.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of cognate experience in similar role and facility management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project management<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of marketing in real estate<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as business manager.<\/li>\n<li>Detail oriented<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skill with strong interpersonal abilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@levenuegroup.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@levenuegroup.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>1st March, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Le\u2019Venue Group of companies co-actively offer quality real estate solutions that range from primary to advanced needs.
