{"id":49105,"date":"2018-02-26T10:09:13","date_gmt":"2018-02-26T09:09:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=49105"},"modified":"2018-02-26T10:09:13","modified_gmt":"2018-02-26T09:09:13","slug":"first-ep-limited-new-position-available","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/first-ep-limited-new-position-available.html","title":{"rendered":"FIRST E&#038;P Limited New Position Available"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>FIRST E&amp;P Limited, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Interface Engineer<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Focal point to oversee and manage all interface and engineering coordination issues between the various work packages deployed in the execution of the project.<\/li>\n<li>The scope shall include all interfaces associated with design, engineering, construction, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.<\/li>\n<li>The work packages \/ stakeholders important to the project are listed as follows:\n<ul>\n<li>The Company (including partners)<\/li>\n<li>Conductor supported platform<\/li>\n<li>FPSO<\/li>\n<li>Subsea Pipelines and risers<\/li>\n<li>Drilling works<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define for management approval, the Interface Management Process for the project. This shall include the authoring of all the relevant documents to be used in the implementation of the process.<\/li>\n<li>Define and regularly update the battery limits of the various work packages<\/li>\n<li>Create the project MASTER INTERFACE REGISTER; Identify, catalogue and regularly update the interfaces between various work packages at their battery limits with full definition of the requirements required for management and closeout.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support for review of contractor design, proposals and method statements.<\/li>\n<li>Identify Risks (threats and opportunities) through workshops, Management sessions, information gathering or any other effective means<\/li>\n<li>Promote and actively contribute to flawless start up and asset team acceptance<\/li>\n<li>Review of all interface related contractor produced engineering documents and relate any differences or site approved changes to the project and relevant work packages team leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and lead interface review meetings with work package stakeholders and other contractors. Suggest and facilitate reaching agreements and optimal solutions regarding all interfaces.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out regular interface progress assessments to identify delays and initiate remedial action if necessary<\/li>\n<li>Produce on a regular basis an interface progress report including all critical areas and potential conflict<\/li>\n<li>Other project duties as may be assigned by the Head of Engineering and Project services<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement (using other resources) an interface management system that is web based can be fully accessible through the internet.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical assistance and advice to the project regarding interface issues, scope and schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Contractor\u2019s compliance with all interface related technical requirements during detailed design, fabrication, integration, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning stages of the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a B.Sc.\/B.E degree in Civil, Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Varied work experience is preferred with good knowledge of offshore jackets, subsea pipeline systems, FPSO\u2019s, facility engineering, fabrication, integration, pre-commissioning and commissioning.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of interface management experience within a major offshore oil and gas project.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 12 years in an engineering or construction role in the offshore oil and gas industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FIRST E&amp;P Limited, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below: Job Title:\u00a0Interface Engineer Location: Nigeria Job Summary Project Focal point to oversee and manage all interface&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[24],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
