The group has been witnessing significant growth across all the business verticals and has become a household name in many of the geographies it operates in with very strong brands and robust infrastructural presence.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0HR Manager<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategically Partner with Business units to enable them attract, retain, motivate and engage their workforce for the achievement of their strategic intents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nRecruitment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop and manage the recruitment process in the company<\/li>\n<li>Conduct job interviews for key and critical positions in the company<\/li>\n<li>Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees in the company<\/li>\n<li>Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment source<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage the recruiting metrics (time to fill and cost per hire)<\/li>\n<li>Conduct recruitment planning meeting and manpower planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Training and Development<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with the HR team to assess training needs analysis<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement training agenda plan and monitor training programs<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the HR team to select and contract external training program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Manage Training Budget<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with training providers and business unit managers to develop suitable content for training.<\/li>\n<li>Set HR KPIs and objectives in line with organizational objectives and cascade indicators down to subordinates<\/li>\n<li>Conduct and analyze data gathering for succession planning<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement an effective program for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning<\/li>\n<li>Conduct and manage the annual performance appraisal system<\/li>\n<li>Conduct gap analysis between existing and required competencies on an on-going basis in order to bridge any identified gap.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Employee Relations<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bridge management and employee relations by effectively addressing demands, grievances and other industrial relation matters.<\/li>\n<li>Make policy recommendations to Management when necessary to improve HR policies, processes, procedures and evaluate the effectiveness of policies.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures. Programs and laws<\/li>\n<li>Conduct investigation and disciplinary when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth<\/li>\n<li>Ensure cordial atmosphere and acceptable workplace practices for smooth industrial relations that will facilitate work processes.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with legal department in ensuring effective labour management\/practices and ensure statutory compliances that are related to factory act and other labour laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensations &amp; Benefit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise salary\/wages preparations and administration of both permanent and temporary staff and ensure that payment meet agreed dates.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend changes or improvement to benefits within the company<\/li>\n<li>Any other HR task assigned by the Group HRD as the need arises.<\/li>\n<li>Assist employees with any insurance claim issues<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for collaboration of employee details for insurance and assisting with the process involve in the payment of insurance premium<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in Social Sciences or related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 7 years\u2019 experience in HR operations<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft application tools<\/li>\n<li>Sound Knowledge of HR Data and Interpretation<\/li>\n<li>Solid Knowledge of HR Management<\/li>\n<li>Good People Management skills<\/li>\n<li>Good Communication and Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to demonstrate a professional and commercial approach to HR to deliver high employee satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Certification in HR Proficiency Courses e.g. CIPM, SHRM, HRCI etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their application with an updated CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:career@clicktgi.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>career@clicktgi.net<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>5th March, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The TGI Group is an international investment and holding company with diverse interests.
