Position located in Singapore or Shanghai.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We owe our success and consistent growth to our team of creative problem solvers, clear thinkers and energetic performers who excite and inspire others.<\/li>\n<li>We are seeking a dynamic professional who can deliver innovative solutions and help us implement automated controls aligning us with the Digital vision of the Company.<\/li>\n<li>You will be responsible for defining 1st line of defense control and testing across WCS and Global Operations to meet the current and future needs of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In this role you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define the future framework for controls and testing to support the business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Identify ways to use digital as an enabler to run and improve current controls and testing.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Financial Crime team to understand business requirements and determine control framework.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse results and look for trends in data which may indicate a risk for the company.<\/li>\n<li>Engage and support Global Cash Leaders to develop on-going process improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Highlight areas of weakness and propose process improvements to strengthen controls.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver training to close out any process gaps and ensure processes are compliant with relevant Policies.<\/li>\n<li>Look at ways to reduce manual testing and automate controls.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all GE Capital policies are followed and complied with, without exception.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP\u2019s) to ensure processes are adhered to.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify process improvements to increase productivity and simplify processes.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support for the daily, monthly, quarterly 1st LOD controls, monitoring AML and compliance risks.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective controls are in place and being performed to mitigate operational risk.<\/li>\n<li>Accomplish all your responsibilities in line with GE\u2019s compliance and integrity requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications\/Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to innovate with demonstrable experience of cutting edge technology\/processes in the area of testing and controls.<\/li>\n<li>Proven process analytical skills, working with complex transactional processes.<\/li>\n<li>First rate organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interface with all levels of staff, globally and to act as a \u201ctranslator\u201d between technical and operation team members<\/li>\n<li>Keeps updated with latest technology trends.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SAP and ORACLE systems would be advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desired Characteristics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent knowledge and experience<\/li>\n<li>Accounts receivable knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Legal, risk or compliance background<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the WCS business, products, services and systems<\/li>\n<li>Language skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and resourceful<\/li>\n<li>Strong cultural awareness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GE is the world\u2019s Digital Industrial Company, transforming industry with software-defined machines and solutions that are connected, responsive and predictive.
