<\/a>Swift Oil and Gas<\/strong> is\u00a0currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a ICSS\/Telecom Interfaces Coordinator. The contract would be placed for 12 months on a 4X4 rotational basis but the expected total duration of the service is 3 years. \n*To enforce OFPG Interface Management System: by Implementing the OFPG IMS plan and procedure within ICSS (Integrated Control & Safety System) Supplier’s organization and his team.
\n*To supervise Interface process from identification to close-out:
\n*To supervise the identification of the Interfaces by the ICSS Supplier and with the other EPCs teams and other Contractors.
\n*To participate in Supplier Interface Meetings.
\n*To supervise the IDS implementation (including quality) by the Supplier and their recording by Company DCC (including quality).
\n*To share collective responsibility with the Supplier team for the solving of Interfaces in time, cost and quality.
\n*To communicate with relevant actors involved in Interfaces matters:
\n*To establish and maintain a privileged link for Interface matters between ICSS contract and OFPG engineering team involved in Interfaces.
\n*To be the focal point of contact for all what refers to Interfaces from ICSS Supplier and other contracts or TEPNG entities.
\n*To facilitate, expedite Interface solving in co-operation with other Company Interface Coordinators by exchange of information and paying due attention to other EPC concerns.
\n*To ensure relevant Interface data is actually dispatched to other OFPG interested parties.
\n*To follow up and report progress to the Company Interface Manager and ICSS manager, raising issues and risks identified on Interfaces related to his contract and whenever a potential impact on Project (safety, delay, cost, quality, etc..) appears from the execution of an Interface.
\n*To require and verify mitigation plans from the ICSS Supplier.
\n*To control and validate the ICSS Supplier’s reporting on Interfaces.
\n*To provide the CIM with all the information and documents necessary to the consolidation of the Interface reporting and issues.<\/p>\n
