In this truly competitive digital world we help you innovate with time and enhance your growth.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0I.T Support Personnel<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, servers,networks, printers and scanners<\/li>\n<li>Help in procurement of IT equipments and delivery to clients\u2019 site<\/li>\n<li>Supervising junior engineering and technical staff<\/li>\n<li>Agreeing timescales<\/li>\n<li>Obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings<\/li>\n<li>Checking computer equipment for electrical safety<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining records of software licenses<\/li>\n<li>Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Support the warehouse supervisors with additional information from the database<\/li>\n<li>Participating in defining future processes and translating into functional requirements<\/li>\n<li>Categorize issues and escalate where necessary to the appropriate next level<\/li>\n<li>Provide solutions for equipment failures<\/li>\n<li>Prepare system and performance tests<\/li>\n<li>Monitor installation of software delivery notes and test bug fixes<\/li>\n<li>Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades<\/li>\n<li>Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems<\/li>\n<li>Responding to breakdowns<\/li>\n<li>Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults<\/li>\n<li>Repairing equipment and replacing parts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Range<\/strong><br \/>\nBetween NGN40,000 \u2013 NGN60,000 .<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@h2yinfotech.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@h2yinfotech.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>H2Y is an IT Solutions Company aimed at providing quality services to our client.
