The company has deployed state-of-the-art technology that includes 3G services such as High Speed Internet, Video Conference etc. In a bid to expand and maintain this technology, it requires the services of experienced personnel with significant experience in 3G.<\/p>\n<p>This position attracts internationally competitive remuneration packages.<\/p>\n<p>GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant post graduate degree will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years experience in the Telecom industry with at least 2 years in a 3G Network.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of 3G access network architecture, 3G VAS and charging flows.<\/li>\n<li>Good working experience in 3G VAS design.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in introduction of mobile video based application.<\/li>\n<li>Very good working knowledge and application of relevant IP specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Management Skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and trouble shooting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to take and analyze relevant protocol traces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>End-to-end design of new 3G VAS services and platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of Request for Quotation and technical offer analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordination with in-house teams and vendors\/content providers.<\/li>\n<li>Project manage introduction of new 3G VAS services.<\/li>\n<li>3G VAS performance analysis and optimisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a title=\"Jobs in Nigeria by Joblist Nigeria at Globacom Nigeria Limited\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gloworld.com\/Nigeria\/CareerVacancy\/Details\/588\"><strong>Click here to apply online for this Job<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Globacom Limited is Nigeria\u2019s Second National Operator in GSM, Fixed, Broadband and Gateway with subsidiaries in Republic of Benin and Ghana.
