We committed to improving the quality of life of Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) and Adolescent &amp; Youth Population in Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the following positions below in Nigeria:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Chief of Party<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project HOPE is currently recruiting for an upcoming five-year USAID program aimed to reduce HIV impact, vulnerability and risk, as well as increase high impact HIV services to improve the well-being of orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>We committed to improving the quality of life of Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) and Adolescent &amp; Youth Population in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Chief of Party will be responsible for the overall management and implementation of an upcoming USAID Orphan and Vulnerable Children Program.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he will supervise project implementation and ensure the project meets stated goals and reporting requirements.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he will provide managerial oversight to project activities and partnerships, and ensure compliance with organization and USC regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree (or higher) in Public Health, Social Sciences or related field;<\/li>\n<li>At least 10 years\u2019 experience in managing complex programs or programs of similar scope and size;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of USAID policies, rules, regulations, and procedures, including PEPFAR 3.0 guidelines;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing large child-focused field programs for an international NGO;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated skills in strategic and program planning and understanding of HIV\/AIDS-related continuum of care support services.<\/li>\n<li>Experience designing, managing, and supporting the implementation of national program activities related to OVC programs strongly preferred;<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working in a developing country setting, preferably SubSharan Africa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Technical Director<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project HOPE is currently recruiting for an upcoming five-year USAID program aimed to reduce HIV impact, vulnerability and risk, as well as increase high impact HIV services to improve the well-being of orphns and vulnerable children (OVC) in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>We committed to improving the quality of life of Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) and Adolescent &amp; Youth Population in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Technical Director will work closely with the Technical Team to achieve the strategic objectives of the project focusing on HIV prevention, care and support as well as supporting cross-cutting themes and integration efforts across the project with other areas of social service system, National OVC database management system, case management approach, linkage and referral to ARV treatment and care services, including Household Economic Strengthening and Nutrition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced degree in public health, social sciences, Development studies or related field;<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of seven years of experience implementing OVC programs in a development context, specifically PEPFAR, with five of these years in Sub-Saharan Africa, preferably Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>During this period s\/he should have been involved with socioeconomic services for vulnerable children and or public health project design, implementation, system strengthening, reporting and evaluation, including evaluation of evidence-based economic\/livelihood projects for vulnerable groups, such as OVC or graduation programming;<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with current thrusts of PEPFAR programming in Nigeria, especially on OVC and continuum of care for PLHIV.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Director \u2013 Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning &amp; Reporting (MELR)<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project HOPE is currently recruiting for an upcoming five-year USAID program aimed to reduce HIV impact, vulnerability and risk, as well Children (OVC) and Adolescent &amp; Youth Population in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The Director MELR reports to the Chief of Party and will be responsible for establishing and coordinating a functional Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Reporting system for entire project including the National OVC database management systems<\/li>\n<li>S\/he will lead the technical team to produce quarterly, semi-annual and annual quantitative and narrative reports, including relevant information on lessons, learnt, challenges encountered and opportunities identified for improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree in Public Health, Statistics, Social Sciences, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Informatics or a health-related field;<\/li>\n<li>At least 10 years of professional work experience designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation activities for complex programs in developing countries.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience on USAID programs and health or social welfare-focused programs preferred;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in setting up and managing M&amp;E systems that track performance as per the objectives of this project (e.g., OVC services, performance against each result area);<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience and understanding of PEPFAR MER Indicators, particularly OVC outcomes indicators and PEPFAR 2.0 (version 2.2).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Deputy Chief of Party<br life of Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) and Adolescent &amp; Youth Population in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The DCOP will oversee the overall operations and ensure the smooth running of a complex, multi-layered project by managing systems, staff and building capacity that support the results of the project.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he will lead the operations, finance and support services project team and be responsible for working with the country office for the financial and grants management, HR, administration, IT, logistics and procurement of the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced degree in public health, development studies, social sciences, social work or related field such as social work, child protection, OVC programs, and HIV\/AIDS, and organizational capacity building;<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of ten years of field-based experience working on large and complex overseas, multi-partner development programs, especially in Sub-Saharan Africa, with a preference for Nigerian experience;<\/li>\n<li>At least five years of experience in designing, managing, and supporting the implementation of national program activities related to OVC programs, quality improvement, and community mobilization and institutional capacity building for local government entities and civil
