With over 23 years of experience in the field of finance management, tailoring on lease, loans and investment offerings to meet the financial needs of their customers either on a long or short term.<\/p>\n<p>They are recruiting to fill the following positions below in Lagos State:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Business Development Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The job holder is responsible for improving the market position of the company &amp; drive revenue generation in the B2B, B2C and B2B2C market space.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she will define long term strategic sales goals, build key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiate &amp; close business deals while maintaining knowledge on market trends in the IT sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New Business Development<\/li>\n<li>Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.<\/li>\n<li>Research and build relationships with new clients.<\/li>\n<li>Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client\u2019 needs, concerns &amp; objectives<\/li>\n<li>Participate in pricing of solution\/service<\/li>\n<li>Client Retention<\/li>\n<li>Present new products &amp; services and enhance existing relationships<\/li>\n<li>Work with technical staff &amp; other internal colleagues to meet customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Arrange &amp; participate in internal and external debriefs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure high customer service satisfaction levels to enhance customer loyalty<\/li>\n<li>Ensure high level of repeated businesses from existing customer base<\/li>\n<li>Increase market share of the organization<\/li>\n<li>Team Management<\/li>\n<li>Oversee &amp; coordinate activities of the sales team<\/li>\n<li>Set sales target for team members and monitor performance<\/li>\n<li>Performs monthly performance appraisals for team members<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic trainings to improve team members\u2019 capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Ensure manpower requirement for the sales team is met.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the quality and timeliness of materials and goods supplied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 5 years progressive work experience in sales or marketing function<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the IT industry especially in the delivery of IT solutions<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Leadership<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation<\/li>\n<li>Smart.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Software Solution Architect<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountable for the design, development, quality assurance and delivery of innovative, robust and scalable software solutions and customer-facing applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinates between business and IT stakeholders to develop a solution architecture approach.<\/li>\n<li>Create delivery estimates based on solution architecture approach.<\/li>\n<li>Assess market technology choices to determine fit, including software, hardware, SaaS\/PaaS, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Translate complex functional, technical, and business requirements into architectural designs.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Delivery Project Manager and Business Analyst to draft project scope and compile delivery estimates.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other Architecture teams.
