Our goal at HReade is to provide solutions and consultancy services on how organizations can fully utilize their human capital to ensure that their strategic goals and objectives are met.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Technical Supervisor<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for supervising and directing field sales technicians in preparing and installing appliances, carrying out maintenance on all appliances and employs electrical tools to carry out jobs within the company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervises installation, troubleshooting and overhauling of household appliances;<\/li>\n<li>Approves the generation of invoices for repairs;<\/li>\n<li>Commissions new appliances at client\u2019s location to ensure proper functioning;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates with main office and end users and provides product maintenance and support;<\/li>\n<li>Monitors architects in ensuring appliances are placed according to design plans;<\/li>\n<li>Reviews all electrical circuit diagrams and tests circuits to identify short-circuit;<\/li>\n<li>Ensures tidiness of work area and necessary checks and test runs all appliances;<\/li>\n<li>Keeps record of all appliance checks and test result are signed off with end users and properly filed;<\/li>\n<li>Provides technical support and maintenance services;<\/li>\n<li>Ensures all safety requirements are adhered to during installation or maintenance;<\/li>\n<li>Ensures faults are reported promptly and repairs are carried out;<\/li>\n<li>Supervises repairs of appliances and maintains minimum disbursal for parts;<\/li>\n<li>Maintains the company vehicle properly and ensures proper records are kept.<\/li>\n<li>Supervises work force to maximize efficiency and reduce operating costs;<\/li>\n<li>Reviews project requirements and specifications and assigns tasks to technicians;<\/li>\n<li>Develops, maintains and updates technical standards, codes of practices and specifications in line with world class practices while ensuring operational procedures are practical, accurate and fit for purpose;<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for reviewing reports, budgets and other documentations for technical projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements\/<\/strong><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a B.Sc or HND in Electrical Electronics Engineering;<\/li>\n<li>Certification is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Work Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 \u2013 7 years extensive hands on work experience as a technician with a minimum of one year in a supervisory role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Knowledge Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in electrical analysis<\/li>\n<li>Experience in troubleshooting<\/li>\n<li>Experience in reading electrical circuit<\/li>\n<li>Knowledgeable in theoretical and practical electrical engineering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills Required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working with people<\/li>\n<li>Leading and supervising<\/li>\n<li>Presenting and communicating information<\/li>\n<li>Applying expertise and technology<\/li>\n<li>Planning and organizing<\/li>\n<li>Adhering to principles and values<\/li>\n<li>Writing and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Delivering results and meeting expectations;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of one year driving experience with a valid driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>Lifting might be required on the job \u2013 at least 50kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HReade Limited is a human resource consulting firm which adopts a collaborative approach in ensuring our Clients build competitive advantages through their people thereby increasing value for stakeholders and customers&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
