From a single country organisation founded in 1949 in Nigeria, UBA has grown to become a Pan-African provider of financial services with over 11 million customers, through close to 1000 business offices and touch points globally.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0ATM Field Engineers<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:<\/strong>\u00a0Abia, Akwa Ibom (Uyo), Onitsha South(Anambra),\u00a0 Benue (Makurdi), Warri South (Delta), Calabar Municipal (Cross River) , Benin City (Edo),\u00a0 Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Abeokuta, Lagos, Kano, Kaduna, Abuja, Enugu<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong>\u00a0Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Software Installation and Configuration of ATM Terminals<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting and repair of faults on ATM<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring Optimal maintenance of all Terminals been supported<\/li>\n<li>Identification, removing and fixing of faulty components on ATM Terminals.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring Customer satisfaction at all times<\/li>\n<li>Interpretation and resolution of major faults on ATM Terminals.<\/li>\n<li>Train ATM Custodians on how to resolve first level ATM issues<\/li>\n<li>Work with Branch Custodians to ensure competent &amp; thorough Tier 1 support and general upkeep of ATMs<\/li>\n<li>Work continuously with the support desk to ensure ATM availability at all time.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting and resolving all network related challenges<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper documentation of common technical issues and resolutions<\/li>\n<li>Handle call services on weekends and public holidays when assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND in Electrical\/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science\/Engineering, Physics \/Applied Physics or any other related science courses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3years working experience on any ATM brand as a Support or Maintenance\/Field Engineer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Software Installation and Configuration of ATM Terminals<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting and repair of faults on ATM<\/li>\n<li>ATM maintenance skill<\/li>\n<li>Identification, removing and fixing of faulty components on ATM Terminals<\/li>\n<li>Interpretation and resolution of major faults on ATM Terminals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/uba.jb.skillsmapafrica.com\/Home\/BrowseJobs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>9th March, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA) is one of Africa\u2019s leading financial institutions, with operations in 19 African countries and 3 global financial centres: London, Paris and New York.
