\nMinimum of a good Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Arts, Social Sciences, Physical Sciences. Possession of an MBA, relevant Post-graduate degrees in Social Economics or Education and related professional qualifications will be an advantage.<\/p>\n
\nMinimum 10years of relevant work experience, 4 of which must have been spent in a managerial position.<\/p>\n
\nVery good Communication skills (written and oral) with High Level Advocacy skills. Very good Analytical and organizational skills. Strong Leadership skills \u2013 Influencing and Relationship Management skills.Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite of applications e.g. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint.<\/p>\n
\nHonesty, Integrity, Consistency, Decisive. Innovative, Customer focused, and detail-oriented with organized and methodical work habits. Highly motivated and works well under pressure.<\/p>\n
