AGE: 35 \u2013 45 yrs old.<\/p>\n
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
\nMinimum of a second-class lower Bachelor\u2019s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or a related field. Possession of an MBA or relevant Post-graduate degree is an added advantage.
\nMust be at the minimum an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria or similar International professional bodies.<\/p>\n
WORK EXPERIENCE:
\nMinimum of 10 years post graduation relevant work experience, out of which at least 4 must be in a HR Management role.<\/p>\n
SKILLS\/ SPECIAL APTITUDES:
\nVery good Communication skills (oral and written), and Analytical Skills, Strong Interpersonal Skills, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, High Advocacy & Inquiry Skills.
\nVery good knowledge of national\/international Labour Laws and best practices, proficient use of Microsoft Office suite of applications e.g. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.<\/p>\n
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Honesty, Integrity, Consistency, and Result-oriented. Customer Focused, Highly motivated, and detail-oriented, organized, and methodical. Must be a Rivers State Indigene<\/p>\n
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
\n\u2022Develop, manage, and implement HR Strategy and Framework.
\n\u2022Develop, update, and review Staff Policies & Procedures Manual.
\n\u2022Ensure consistency in the implementation of and compliance to HR policies and procedures.
\n\u2022Develop Competence framework, produce staff competence map, and implement relevant Training.
\n\u2022Develop and implement a Staff Performance Management System, and coordinate Recruitment activities.<\/p>\n
Incumbent may be asked to perform other duties as required and will report to a General Manager. The person will supervise the staff & coordinate the activities of the HR team.<\/p>\n
