Leveraging best-in-class research and stand out creatives we help the world\u2019s most forward-thinking brands go-to-market in Africa, defend market share, develop product roadmaps, all while providing clients with a holistic view of their competitors, their market, and their business objectives.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a sharp and driven candidate to join our Creative Team in the capacity below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Project Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development of new business proposals including writing scopes of work, schedules and create proposal presentations<\/li>\n<li>Develop a detailed project plan to track progress<\/li>\n<li>Support the team on new business plans, opportunities and proposal creation<\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary contact for all day-to-day aspects of the project<\/li>\n<li>Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques<\/li>\n<li>Report and escalate to management as needed<\/li>\n<li>Actively follow up and drive projects from initial briefing to final delivery, ensuring the project is developed to its full potential, delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget<\/li>\n<li>Ensure resource availability and allocation<\/li>\n<li>Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs<\/li>\n<li>Perform risk management to minimize project risks<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Client Management and Relationships<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Day-to-day management of a myriad of client accounts and projects, handling and monitoring complex jobs and budgets<\/li>\n<li>Completion of all project and internal administration, including: preparing internal briefing documents, project schedules, resource planning, coordinating client feedback amends, proof-reading, writing H&amp;S documents and status reports<\/li>\n<li>Develop strong and effective partnerships with all team members to ensure effective project development and delivery<\/li>\n<li>Liaise and manage all project third-party suppliers ensuring we are receiving the best price and service available<\/li>\n<li>Ensure clear lines of communication between team members, ensuring all deadlines are met<\/li>\n<li>Completion of all financial aspects of project management including: writing scopes \u2013 fees and production costs, sub-contractor costs, monitoring head hours, monitoring margins, tracking expenses and submitting invoice requirements to the finance team<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate client meetings;
