Fan Milk Nigeria is a well established and fast growing food processing industry offering wide range of products.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Brand &amp; Consumers Activator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Principal Accountabilities<\/strong><br \/>\nConsumer &amp; Market Insight, Innovation &amp; Promotions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to Consumer Insights development, understanding the Market and Dynamics<\/li>\n<li>Participate\/contribute to the building of short, medium &amp; long term brand strategy, Innovation, Renovation and new product development \/launch processes<\/li>\n<li>Support in data analysis of current market trends, market surveys and volume share, pricing and share in shop data<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the recommendation of clear consumers promotional guidelines based on consumers understanding and current market knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Consumers Activation<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive flawless execution of all activations programs in line with the company\u2019s strategy and approved Marketing Plan.<\/li>\n<li>E-marketing\/Digital \u2013 manage FanMilk\u2019s social media profiles and presence.<\/li>\n<li>Managing 3rd Parties, Other Stakeholders &amp; Compliance<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and engaging suitable agencies for activation programs<\/li>\n<li>Managing 3rd party agencies for creative assignments<\/li>\n<li>Managing FanMilk Internal contacts in delivering new products launches &amp; other Innovation initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and share report of all activation programs with result and measuring KPIs set prior to each programs.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare post activation analysis and activation evaluation with improvement propositions.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the departmental team to ensure all promotional investments are properly reviewed and evaluated in line with Return on Investment calculations.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the departmental team to recommend winning promotional propositions for the Brand(s), effectively communicating these to consumers and shoppers.<\/li>\n<li>Consumer spend reporting and compliance with budget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>The ideal candidate<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Graduate with a minimum of\u00a0 5 years Brand Management &amp;
