We are passionate about brewing and have a long tradition of craftsmanship, making superb beer from high quality natural ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor \u2013 Sagamu Plant<br \/>\nReference Number:<\/strong> ABI065<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><br \/>\nAmongst other duties, the job holder will ensure;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>T1 Shipments:\n<ul>\n<li>Despatching and receipting of loads; Sequence appropriately through statuses to Despatch all loads in ERP; Upload handheld devices with shipment information or print required documentation; Cross reference driver check with ERP to ensure correct quantities of finished product on shipment<\/li>\n<li>Provide driver with delivery \/ shipment documentation; Amend load and documentation correctly in the event of product non-availability<\/li>\n<li>Verify that all invoices and delivery documentation are signed and fully completed upon receipt of vehicle; Register entry to be made for all missing and unsigned invoices; Load Summary and invoices to be collated; Understand shipment differences and record reasons for discrepancies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>T2 Shipments:\n<ul>\n<li>Despatching and receipting of loads (T1); T1 load plan printed and reviewed per shift<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to Brewery empty container plan<\/li>\n<li>Assignment of picking and loading tasks for T1<\/li>\n<li>Management of primary distribution receipting and despatch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Inventory Management:\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out daily inventory office procedure as per inventory management guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Communicate, investigate and resolve all stock variances<\/li>\n<li>Collate all stock office documentation and invoices as per procedure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Fleet Management:\n<ul>\n<li>Driver trip sheet feedback collated and handed to Delivery Service Manager<\/li>\n<li>Safety critical items checked and signed off prior start of shift<\/li>\n<li>Ensure physical vehicle despatch matches the system vehicle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Adherence to the health, safety and environmental standards:\n<ul>\n<li>Site housekeeping standards (5S) maintained and adhered to<\/li>\n<li>Appropriate personal protective equipment used as designated by site safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to site safety standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nThe occupant of this position should possess:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant tertiary degree or diploma, preferably in Supply Chain and\/or Logistics<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in Warehousing or logistics<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in SAP\/SYSPRO and MS Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key competencies and attributes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills \/ builds good relationships<\/li>\n<li>Superior planning ability and good problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Good verbal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Good self-management practices<\/li>\n<li>Strong achievement orientation and ability to adapt to and implement change effectively<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SABMiller is in the beer and soft drinks business, bringing refreshment and sociability to millions of people all over the world who enjoy our drinks.
