Our aim is to deliver value by providing the most advanced broadband-based solutions and supreme service.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Personal Assistant to the CEO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides comprehensive, high quality professional and administrative support service to the MD in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful management of Ntel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the MD to manage work schedule and activities<\/li>\n<li>Screen phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority<\/li>\n<li>Organize and maintain the MD\u2019s diaries and appointments<\/li>\n<li>Deal with incoming email and correspondence on behalf of the MD<\/li>\n<li>Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as required<\/li>\n<li>Provide Administrative support to the Head Compliance for the effective running of the Office of the CEO.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and attend meetings and ensure the MD is well prepared for meetings; document meeting minutes, where appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Arrange travel, visas and accommodation and occasionally, travel with the MD to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Education<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent in English<\/li>\n<li>First degree in English, Secretarial Administration or related field<\/li>\n<li>Postgraduate qualification may be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-5 years\u2019 experience including:\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>2-3 years in a personal assistant or team coordinator role<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of relevant Microsoft office packages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@ntel.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@ntel.com.ng<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Application Deadline<\/strong>\u00a0 8th March, 2018.<br \/>\n<strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cPA to the CEO\u201d should be the subject of your application<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ntel is Nigeria\u2019s most revolutionary 4G\/ LTE-Advanced network that delivers superfast call-connect times, crystal clear Voice-over-LTE and high-speed Internet access (up to 100Mbps).
