candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Administrative Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nDuties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed<\/li>\n<li>Creating, updating, and maintaining personnel records, financial records, and other records and databases<\/li>\n<li>Updating office policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling company calendar and updating as needed<\/li>\n<li>Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures<\/li>\n<li>Supporting department managers, staff, and CEO<\/li>\n<li>Organizing conference room scheduling, equipment, and cleaning<\/li>\n<li>Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair (heating and air conditioning, security, etc.) and updating (carpet cleaning, painting, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Organizing special functions and social events<\/li>\n<li>Purchasing computers, printers, supplies, and other equipment<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring incoming and outgoing mail; signing for packages from USPS, FedEx or UPS; receiving mail and packages from couriers and delivering to proper recipient<\/li>\n<li>Preparing correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials<\/li>\n<li>Assisting other departments (such as financial department or HR) with administrative or clerical support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize<\/li>\n<li>Answers phone inquiries, directs calls for executive team<\/li>\n<li>Able to perform clerical duties, maintaining files and confidential information, organizing documents as needed<\/li>\n<li>High school diploma; associate\u2019s degree, or bachelor degree in business, administration, or related field preferred<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience as office assistant, office administrator, or handling administrative responsibilities in a related field<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to learn and to grow with the company<\/li>\n<li>Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments\/updating calendars a must<\/li>\n<li>Applicants should reside around Magodo, Ikeja, Ketu and Ojota Axis<\/li>\n<li>Motivated to take on additional projects and solve problems<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand<\/li>\n<li>Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information<\/li>\n<li>Self-directed and able to work without supervision<\/li>\n<li>Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player
