Zulwa have their Headquarters in Abuja and are currently recruiting staff to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Operations Manager<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Seniority Level:<\/strong>\u00a0Mid-Senior level<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support Zulwa\u2019s needs.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the real estate and business development scene.<\/li>\n<li>It is imperative that the candidate for this position is able to create detailed and innovative strategies.<\/li>\n<li>This management position is reserved for a bright, dedicated and ambitious individuals willing to be a coveted contributor and a major team player in achieving the elaborate vision set out by the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability<\/li>\n<li>Manage the daily functions of the company<\/li>\n<li>Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed<\/li>\n<li>Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost<\/li>\n<li>Researching new technologies, nosiness strategies and alternative methods of efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Contributes towards the achievement of company\u2019s strategic and operational objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in a similar role is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Basic IT skills (database management, MS Office)<\/li>\n<li>Budget development and oversight experience<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of organization<\/li>\n<li>Comfort working with multiple groups in the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zulwa is a fast rising property listings website in Nigeria.
