International and or regional experience would be an added advantage to be successful in this role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A university degree in Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Must be a chartered accountant either locally or internationally( ACA\/ACCA)<\/li>\n<li>Must have a minimum of 12 years relevant work experience of which 4years must have been on Managerial level<\/li>\n<li>Work experience in one of the big 4 either locally or internationally is a plus (PWC, Accenture, E&amp;Y, KPMG, Deloitte.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of a CRM and ERP systems is a plus especially Oracle and Siebel.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of IFRS and relevant accounting principles is a must<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with the implementation of financial systems and controls is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be proficient in the use of excel and power-point<\/li>\n<li>Excellent People Management skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skill<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation and analytical skill<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Notable P &amp; L and balance sheet analysis skill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Disposition<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An ethical, amiable, outspokenly positive minded individual with a strong command of English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/cfo-%40-confidential-at-going-active-africa-620522281\/?trkInfo=searchKeywordString%3A%2CsearchLocationString%3A%252C%2B%2Cvertical%3Ajobs%2CpageNum%3A0%2Cposition%3A1%2CMSRPsearchId%3A6bd60770-8796-4464-b4b5-86aad4a27502&amp;refId=6bd60770-8796-4464-b4b5-86aad4a27502&amp;trk=jobs_jserp_job_listing_text\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Going Active endeavors to help organizations, individual entrepreneurs, CEO\u2019s and Solo Entrepreneurs solve problems, stratigise, and reach their business developmental goals.
