State:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Account Personnel<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Account Personnel is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting.<\/li>\n<li>This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.<\/li>\n<li>This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities &amp; Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Supports budget and forecasting activities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.<\/li>\n<li>Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements\/Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in Accounting or other related courses with an emphasis in Accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Technical Skills and Prior Experience<\/li>\n<li>Two to four years working experience in the financial reporting\/general ledger area.<\/li>\n<li>Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN180,000 \u2013 N250,000 monthly<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Receptionist\/Front Desk Officer<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<strong><br \/>\nDuties\/Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing information to clients or all those people who will call in the office or visit the office premises.<\/li>\n<li>Provides all kinds of clerical and administrative support.<\/li>\n<li>Is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the front desk area.<\/li>\n<li>Answering the queries of all those people who call in the organization or information seekers about the business.<\/li>\n<li>Receive all the important messages and pass them on to the required authorities.<\/li>\n<li>Honoring and greeting people who enter the organization and communicate with them in a pleasing manner along with a positive attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a record of appointments and coordinate those to the right people in the office.<\/li>\n<li>Have knowledge about the business status of the organizations for which he\/she is rendering the services.<\/li>\n<li>The front desk receptionist is considered as the face of an organization.<\/li>\n<li>The receptionist at the front desk is also responsible for distribution of mails, deleting the junk mails and prioritizing the important mails that are required for business purposes.<\/li>\n<li>The front desk receptionist is responsible for dispatching and receiving important documents, preparing financial correspondences, filing documents, making photocopies and sending faxes.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She should coordinate with all the employees of an organization for conveying important messages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Smart and a computer literate, not more than 29 years<\/li>\n<li>Good written and verbal communication skills- Title:\u00a0Process Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to be responsible for the process design, operation and implementation.<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate will be able to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification<\/li>\n<li>Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data<\/li>\n<li>Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes<\/li>\n<li>Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output<\/li>\n<li>Perform process simulations<\/li>\n<li>Manage cost and time constraints<\/li>\n<li>Perform risk assessments<\/li>\n<li>Provide process documentation and operating instructions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND in an Engineering field<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience in process engineering<\/li>\n<li>Excellent technical skills<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of process engineering software packages<\/li>\n<li>CAD or AutoCad skills<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with health and safety
