JOB TITLE: SUPERVISION PRODUCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

LOCATION: LAGOS<\/p>\n

JOB SPECIFICATION<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Ensure effective and efficient coordination of production operations
\n\u2022 Ensures that daily shift target are met with minimal wastage and ptimal output
\n\u2022 Ensure that packaging and raw maerial are always available
\n\u2022 Liase with QA inspectors to ensure that the required product specification is adhered to always
\n\u2022 Allocate work station to all shift operatives and ensure that all operatives are well engaged
\n\u2022 Monitor and coordinate production operatives to achieve optimum utilization and output
\n\u2022 Monitor and ensure that adequate utility support is provided during production operations.
\n\u2022 Ensure strict compliance with general manufacturing practices
\n\u2022 Preparation of daily shift 0EE.
\n\u2022 Presentation of daily production figures for verification<\/p>\n

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Knowledge of production policies and procedures
\n\u2022 Understanding of GMP and HACCP
\n\u2022 Reconciliation and report writing<\/p>\n

REPORTS TO:<\/strong> coordinator- production<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATION<\/strong>
\nB.SC (Minimum second class lower), HND (lower credit) in any of the following Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry and Food Tech or related courses.<\/p>\n

PERSON SPECIFICATION<\/strong>
\n3 years cognate work experience in a food and beverages manaifacturing environment.<\/p>\n
