The core objective of our business is to help property owners find suitable tenants or buyers seamlessly<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Title: Landlords Activation Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In order to push our continued level of success, we require the services of Landlords Activation Officers to join our young and dynamic team.<\/li>\n<li>We are looking for Landlords activation officers. The successful candidate will play a key role in co-opting property owners to use the Tolet.com.ng platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cGetting propeties\u201d using various souring methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc) to increase the volume of property owners ;<\/li>\n<li>Providing first level support to these property owners in cases where they have any problems in letting or selling there properties;<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate customers needs and build productive long-lasting relationships<\/li>\n<li>Meet personal and team sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads<\/li>\n<li>Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments<\/li>\n<li>Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven working experience as an Estate Surveyor or related field<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in<\/li>\n<li>Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Prioritising, time management and organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs<\/li>\n<li>Relationship management skills and openness to feedback<\/li>\n<li>Curious, a keen problem solver with a desire to take ownership to resolve issues.<\/li>\n<li>Aility to manage expectations and build a strong rapport with homeowners.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to challenge ideas, ask question, provide ideas, Innovative and ability to expand given instructions<\/li>\n<li>A strong team player who forms positive relationships with both colleagues and customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to be adaptable and work outside of a set process where required, able to use your initiative and judgement to best handle the request.<\/li>\n<li>Disciplined, organised, thorough individual who demonstrates proactivity and responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc and HND Holders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n4th April, 2018.<\/p>\n<section id=\"listing-fields\"><\/section>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV&#8217;s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:customercare@landlordhero.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>customercare@landlordhero.com.ng<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LandLord Hero \u2013 We are a Real Estate consultancy firm that specialises in assisting property owners in solving all facets of their Real Estate hitches.
