With a passion to understand consumers\u2019 preferences and a relentless drive to innovate, Givaudan is at the forefront of creating flavours and fragrances that \u2018engage your senses\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Key Account Manager Nigeria \u2013 Fragrance<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Requisition ID<\/strong>: 81765<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nKey Account Manager \u2013 Your future position?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a Key Account Manager at Givaudan, the global leader in the flavour and fragrance industry who touches billions of consumers more than a hundred times a day, you will be fundamental in presenting our most relevant fragrances to our business\u2019s most important customers and help develop a portfolio of new clients in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>Our passion for our customers and their brands brings a new dimension to our B2B industry. You will be working for the market leader that is at the forefront of innovation in an industry of emotions. We have a culture that works to inspire, challenge and capture the heart and soul of consumers and customers.<\/li>\n<li>Develop our business: you develop thorough understanding of the customer and its brands. You manage, grow and defend existing Givaudan business in specific product segments. You set up\/review\/monitor strategic and category account plans, sales forecasts and budgets. You follow KPIs versus targets (sales, gross profit, win rate\u2026) and take corrective actions, if needed.<\/li>\n<li>Bring your passion: you establish and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external key decision makers, including our Nigerian distributor, with whom you will interact on a daily basis. You attract new business by identifying and creating mutual business opportunities and build and manage a project pipeline, ensuring the most efficient usage of Givaudan resources.<\/li>\n<li>Position our products: you will monitor fragrance trends, competitive activity and product development. You identify and articulate value drivers for the customer and drive Givaudan\u2019s value proposition by strategically positioning Givaudan\u2019s products and technology.<\/li>\n<li>Based in Lagos, Nigeria, you will be expected to grow our portfolio of sales, by increasing the revenues per existing client as well as identifying new clients and grow the business in that direction, to achieve the organisation\u2019s objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Sounds interesting?
