We believe in the power of technology to transform lives, disrupt industries, solve problems, drive growth, improve efficiency and create value for all stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Executive Assistant<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage high-level correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Structure, draft and vet service agreements and other legal documents.<\/li>\n<li>Provide assistance to the Managing Partner in analyzing, responding and sending out communications to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing process.<\/li>\n<li>Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.<\/li>\n<li>Represents the Managing Partner at meetings in the Managing Partner\u2019s absence<\/li>\n<li>Maintain Managing Partner itinerary (schedule meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and plan travel)<\/li>\n<li>Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents using relevant software package<\/li>\n<li>Manage the daily administration of the Managing Partner\u2019s Office.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate internal and external correspondence and communication relating to all business interests.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the development of periodic activity reports relating to all projects and business interests and bring them to the Managing Partner\u2019s attention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Law.<\/li>\n<li>At least 1 year work experience in legal practice and related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Information Technology experience will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Application to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruiter@dipolediamond.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruiter@dipolediamond.com<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>31st March, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>dipoleDIAMOND \u2013 We are a Business Solutions and Training firm committed to finding cost-effective solutions for Startups, SMEs and Enterprises.
