<\/a>Position:<\/strong> Head, High Value Segment Ref: HVS<\/p>\nReporting to:<\/strong> The Director \u2013Marketing Segment & Strategy, \nDepartment:<\/strong> Comercial<\/p>\nOur Ideal Candidate:<\/strong><\/p>\n\nEnsures maximum of market penetration, growth and profitability through effective implementation of high-value segment strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nLiaises with the Brands and Communication function to define effective channels for communicating defined\/approved initiatives aimed at creating awareness in the high-value market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nProvides leadership and guidelines to team members and managers subordinates performance towards the achievement of overall team objectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nEnsures periodic review and update of Etisalat Nigeria\u2019s high-value segment demographic profiles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nProposes market research areas aimed at acquiring intelligence on the preferences and behavioural patterns of the country\u2019s high-end market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nProposes new product initiatives as well as options for convergence aimed at penetrating the high-value market segment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nOverseas and makes recommendations on the design of a customer lifecycle extension plan for Etisalat Nigeria\u2019s high \u2013value market segment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nProvides input in and ,makes recommendations on the development of viable market penetration and market share acquisition frameworks for Etisalat Nigeria\u2019s high-value market segment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nEnsures synergy across functional areas through effective management of inter-functional relations and activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Prepares \/compiles agreed periodic\u00a0 activity and performance reports for the attention of the Director , Marketing Segments and Strategy \n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Performs any other duties assigned by the Director, Marketing Segments and Strategy.<\/p>\n
