With robust positions in each of our regional markets, our future looks equally bright too.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Data Technician<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job number:<\/strong> 20447BR<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ibadan, Oyo<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose and Key Deliverables\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The job holder will own and supervise the integrity of data, ensuring all inputs, outputs, Manufacturing Process Logs, Key Performance Indicators (KPI\u2019s) are properly captured, updated and available.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He\/She will be Single point of Contact for Records in the Manufacturing Department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Operational results:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capture and report accurately, performance targets as per Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) given on:\n<ul>\n<li>Volume<\/li>\n<li>Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)\/Uptime<\/li>\n<li>Quality<\/li>\n<li>Waste<\/li>\n<li>Productivity<\/li>\n<li>Conversion Cost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>To identify opportunities within the team by understanding \u201ctrends and patterns\u201d that can help achieve improved performance and implement them in consultation with the\u00a0 management.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all shop floor support systems (PI&amp;T, Scanners System) are always functional and fully utilised with any operational issue with the systems escalated appropraitely for immediate resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Perform daily SAP confirmation of production, COGI Clearance and Stock Reconciliation with Leaf Ware-house.<\/li>\n<li>Constantly seeks to minimise NVA (Non Value Add) processes and employee activities.<\/li>\n<li>Present stock, perform stock count and create stock report from SAP during the monthly Stock take exercise<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ensure records such as Stock Report, Production Plan vs Actual, Addback, Rejects, Winnowing, Fibex, Tobacco Transferred etc are updated daily to achieve the Performance objectives<\/li>\n<li>Support the team by deploying logbooks and process sheets through the IWS Phase Journey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Leadership Results:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide requisite guidance to the production shop floor team.<\/li>\n<li>Work effectively with all stakeholders whose activity has direct impact on performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Teamwork, leadership and organizational skills are critical.<\/li>\n<li>SAP knowledge is compulsory<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use Microsoft office tools at basic proficiency level ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint &amp; system confirmation, material supply, waste room activities and utilities issues such that there is little or no impact on production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Operational results:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver performance targets as per the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in place given on:\n<ul>\n<li>Waste<\/li>\n<li>Productivity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely handover and system confirmation of Finished Goods and reconcile quantities with the Shift Team Leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely evacuation of waste from the shop floor and timely transfer of waste from the waste room to PMD and Landfill.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the staging area assistant to ensure that there is no wrapping material stock out on the shop floor.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the engineering &amp;
