The company\u2019s objective is to revolutionize the real estate industry to the point where participation is feasible across all classes of income.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Digital Marketer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Status:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To play a critical role in Product Marketing activities and formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effectively develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain the organization\u2019s website(s).<\/li>\n<li>Fix any errors or bugs in online content.<\/li>\n<li>Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio contents to online sites.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange webinars and webcasts.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and direct email marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Work on printed materials to supplement online products.<\/li>\n<li>Attend product launches and networking events.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing the corporate social responsibility strategies and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Develop company and product brand strategies in line with company vision.<\/li>\n<li>Co-develop with the business development and Sales &amp; Marketing department business strategies to ensure uniformity of purpose.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for corporate events and giveaways.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in coordinating with media agencies for timely releases of Press Release and Media Coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Conceptualize designs and assist in preparing production budgets for annual report<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties as may be assigned by the Deputy Manager, Product Marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Face book and Twitter etc.<\/li>\n<li>Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.<\/li>\n<li>Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Performance Area Key Performance Indicators (KPI)<\/strong><br \/>\nProduct Marketing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effective preparation of online newsletters and promotional emails<\/li>\n<li>Effective distribution of online campaign materials<\/li>\n<li>% of developed product marketing strategies<\/li>\n<li>% of effective email marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>% of effective Press release and Media coverage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Digital Marketing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effectively direct online traffic to the company\u2019s website.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively generate social media trends in favor of the company<\/li>\n<li>% increase of revenues and sales from successful online campaign<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reporting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prompt submission of Daily, Monthly and Quarterly reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND qualification<\/li>\n<li>Active on social media<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s\/professional qualification will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 4 \u2013 7 years experience with experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Skills and Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent follow through, ability to pay attention to details.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinking, forecasting and planning skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical and computer skills (Photoshop, CorelDraw, Frame maker, HTML, CSS).<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of Digital Marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deliver effective and innovative digital campaigns<\/li>\n<li>High level of professionalism and multitasking.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent people management and strong listening skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@cmbnigeria.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@cmbnigeria.com<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>21st March, 2018.<br \/>\n<strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CMB Building, Maintenance &amp; Investment Co.
