{"id":51278,"date":"2018-03-21T10:40:22","date_gmt":"2018-03-21T09:40:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=51278"},"modified":"2018-03-21T10:40:22","modified_gmt":"2018-03-21T09:40:22","slug":"cornerstone-staffing-ongoing-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/cornerstone-staffing-ongoing-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"CornerStone Staffing Ongoing Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>CornerStone Staffing \u2013 Our client, an innovative blue-chip company,\u00a0 is looking to engage dynamic, self- motivated individuals to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Vendor Reconciliation Specialist<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working within the Vendor Management team, the Vendor Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for the processing and payment of large volume of external vendor reimbursements according to Service Level timing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform periodic settlements of Vendor\u2019s balances considering all the documents and transactions applicable for the period.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with risk management and the on-going monitoring of performance SLAs for the vendor team<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for applying judgment and discretion as they ensure the validity and appropriateness of each payment they process<\/li>\n<li>Review vendor invoices and provide Finance with insights into billing variances.<\/li>\n<li>Manage effective communication and cooperate with internal departments (Finance \/ Treasury \/ Operations)<\/li>\n<li>Participate in, and at times lead, daily huddles between the Finance Group and vendor team to discuss priorities for the day, issues identified and review daily processing metrics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years working experience in a high volume environment, preferably in the area of Audit, Accounts Payable or Treasury.<\/li>\n<li>A business-related bachelor\u2019s degree (or higher) preferably in Accounting or Finance from a recognized University.<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree is a plus<\/li>\n<li>ACA or ACCA qualifications<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience within a Reconciliation, Cash Control, or Settlement environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to summarize facts, variables, alternatives, and potential outcomes to assist decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates a big picture understanding of the business, its interrelationships and priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates a willingness to examine own position and accept input from others.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates strong project management capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Detail oriented with proven ability to question assumptions and identify opportunities within existing practices and results driven.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cornerstone-staffing.has-jobs.com\/vendor-reconciliation-specialist-lagos\/197597\/0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CornerStone Staffing \u2013 Our client, an innovative blue-chip company,\u00a0 is looking to engage dynamic, self- motivated individuals to fill the position below: Job Title:\u00a0Vendor Reconciliation Specialist Location:\u00a0Lagos Job Description Working&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
