With intent on improving returns on asset employed by investment in real estate sector of emerging markets.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Plumber<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an experienced Plumber to efficiently undertake a variety of plumbing tasks on a construction site.<\/li>\n<li>The Plumber must be able to Install, maintain, and repair pipes and fixtures associated with heating, cooling, water distribution, and sanitation systems in residential structures and Inspects drainage and other plumbing systems for compliance with local and national regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interprets blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials<\/li>\n<li>Installs pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids<\/li>\n<li>Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation<\/li>\n<li>Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems<\/li>\n<li>Analyses problem and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair<\/li>\n<li>Chooses plumbing materials based on budget, location, and intended uses of building<\/li>\n<li>Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes<\/li>\n<li>Writes report documenting the problem and summary of actions taken<\/li>\n<li>Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts.<\/li>\n<li>Assembles fittings and valves for installation<\/li>\n<li>Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building<\/li>\n<li>Uses saws and pipe cutters as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Installs heating and air-conditioning systems, including water heaters<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with contractors, construction workers, electricians, pipefitters, and steamfitters in installing and repairing plumbing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a plumber<\/li>\n<li>Diploma from a trade school or successful completion of apprenticeship<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Friendly with a great deal of patience<\/li>\n<li>Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential buildings<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their applications and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cv@dayolaproperty.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>cv@dayolaproperty.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>4th April, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dayola Property &amp; Development Company was established as a private enterprise in 1999 and was incorporated in 2008.
