We are passionate about brewing and have a long tradition of craftsmanship, making superb beer from high quality natural ingredients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Machine Specialist, Bottle Washer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Reference Number:<\/strong> SAB-397<br \/>\n<strong>Work Level:<\/strong> Skilled<br \/>\n<strong>Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nAmongst other duties, the Machine Specialist will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain a safe, healthy and risk free working environment<\/li>\n<li>Maintain, repair and optimize plant and associated devices<\/li>\n<li>Carry out repairs \/ maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Locate plant, equipment, spares and relevant documentation\/systems<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve (optimize) plant, process equipment and systems<\/li>\n<li>Operate plant and process equipment<\/li>\n<li>Calibrate equipment according to good maintenance practice<\/li>\n<li>Apply the VPO principles and practices<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to Self and Team development and Communicate effectively in the Work place<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies and Attributes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good understanding of modern maintenance practices and maintenance systems<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Brewing production processes and technologies<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of Asset Care principles and practices<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Voyager Plant Optimization (VPO)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to apply the VPO principles and practices<\/li>\n<li>Assertive and Analytical<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, independent and high on initiative<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft office proficiency i.e. MS Word, Excel &amp;
